Aryan Khan Buys Property in Delhi, Shares Special Connection with Shahrukh

Aryan Khan, the elder son of Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan, has recently bought 2 floors in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi for around Rs 37 crore. According to media reports, Aryan Khan bought property in Panchsheel Park, Delhi, where Shahrukh Khan has the ground floor and basement. In this transaction registered in May 2024, Aryan paid ₹ 2.64 crore as stamp duty.

Shahrukh has a deep connection with Aryan's new property

Let us tell you that this is the same building where Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan used to live in the early days of their life. Now, this house has been designed by Gauri herself as it holds emotional significance in her life. Pradeep Prajapati, founder of boutique real estate consultancy firm Wealthwisery Capital, said, "In Delhi, high-value transactions by Bollywood stars are rare. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan also sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around ₹ 23 crores".

Suhana Khan also bought a property in the year 2023 

On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan's children Suhana Khan and Aryan have made several real estate investments in recent months. In January last year, Suhana bought a farm in the coastal town of Alibaug in Maharashtra for ₹ 12.91 crore. A year later, in February 2024, she bought a beachfront property near Mumbai in coastal Maharashtra. This beachfront property is worth over ₹ 10 crore including stamp duty charges.

Aryan Khan had said this about starting his career

Recently, Aryan Khan broke his silence on starting his career in direction. In a recent interview, he was asked how different being a director as opposed to being a fashion creative and entrepreneur. Answering this question, Aryan said, "They are both creatively inspiring in different ways. As a creative director of the brand, I shoot ads and also oversee photoshoots. I am very involved creatively, but not so much in terms of logistics. On the other hand, as a director, I have to look at every detail, every shot, and every angle."

Aryan Khan's work front

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is preparing to make his directorial debut with a series called Stardom. Stardom will be a six-episode web show, each episode of which will have a cameo from a Bollywood A-lister, who will play himself. On the first day of shooting for Stardom, Shah Rukh came to the set of the show. A large part of Stardom was shot at Dharma Productions, where Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan often visited during the shoot." Aryan is set to make his directorial debut with the web show Stardom. Suhana made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies and will next be seen with her father in Sujoy Ghosh's The King.
